This policy explains what happens to personal data on 7lakes.studio, the website of 7Lakes LLC. Our products have their own policies — this one covers the website only.
Who we are
7Lakes LLC is a limited liability company registered in Delaware, United States. We are the data controller for this website. You can reach us at [email protected].
What this site does not do
This website sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, no session tracking and no third-party scripts. Fonts are served from our own server, so nothing about your visit is sent to Google or anyone else. There is nothing here to opt out of.
Server logs
Like any web server, ours records standard technical information when a page is requested: IP address, browser user agent, the page requested and the time. These logs exist to keep the site running and secure, they are not used to profile anyone, and they are deleted on a rolling basis. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
If you write to us
If you use the contact form, you send us your name, email address, the topic you picked and your message. The form is delivered by Web3Forms, a form-forwarding service that passes the submission to our inbox. We use what you send only to answer you. We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not sell it and we do not share it with anyone beyond what is needed to deliver and answer the message. Legal basis: your consent, and our legitimate interest in replying (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (f)).
Messages are kept as long as the conversation is useful to either side, and then deleted. Writing to [email protected] directly works the same way, minus Web3Forms.
Your rights
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to receive a copy of it. If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we hold, to have it deleted, and not to be discriminated against for asking. We do not sell or share personal information, and we never have.
To exercise any of this, email [email protected]. We answer within 30 days. If you think we got it wrong, you can complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
Our products
Stamp and Plutton.ai are separate products with their own privacy policies, which apply when you use them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version replaces this page and the date at the top changes with it.
